Headaches During Pregnancy
Your headaches may be associated to changes in your circulation and hormone levels. Drinking plenty of liquids, minimizing stress are 2 things that help to keep the headaches away. Tylenol (acetaminophen) every four to six hours also offers relief.

If the your headache is persistent, or associated with nausea, fever, blurred vision, or you are taking prescription drugs, or have history of hypertension and/or migraines, as well as sinus infections, call your doctor or midwife ASAP.
