Sudden moves standing and/or getting out of bed can cause you to be dizzy,
and is referred to as postural hypotension. If you are in public and start
feeling dizzy step away and get some fresh air. If possible, lie down with
your feet elevated or sit with your head between your knees.
The faintness that you can feel during pregnancy is usually caused by low blood sugar. You can lessen the occurrence of the faint feeling by not skipping meals and by eating several small means through the day or by snacking in between meals.
