Baby Shower Game – Birthday Cards
This activity requires construction paper and scissors, markers, glue and any other crafty stuff you might want to use.
Each guest is given a number between 1 and, well, however many guests there are. For whatever number each guest has, they should make a birthday card for the baby’s birthday (i.e., if a guest has #14, they should make a 14th birthday card.) The cards should then be placed in a safe container (a plastic tub works well). The mom can then give her baby the appropriate card for each year.
This activity is particularly neat, especially for grandmothers and older friends and relatives who may pass away before the baby grows up – a piece of them will still live on.
